Production of welded structures

Currently, a significant part of production consists of manufacturing based on supplied technical drawings. We specialize in producing large, medium, and small weldments from standard structural steels, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, including machining, surface treatment, and subsequent in-house or external assembly.

We weld using MIG/MAG and TIG methods using Fronius and Cloos technologies. Material cutting is performed on BOMAR STG 440 DGH band saws. For forming hollow sections, pipes, rods, and profiles, we use the SAF DS 80 rolling machineWe paint and blast weldments weighing up to 6 tons.

Stainless steel
and aluminum manufacturing

The production of welded structures from stainless steels and aluminum is also primarily focused on custom production.
The majority of our deliveries are products intended for the metallurgical, chemical and food industries. These are structures of varying scope, difficulty and complexity, always with an emphasis on quality workmanship and long service life.

As part of completing an order, we also provide the final surface treatment, which we carry out by pickling or polishing, according to the requirements for the final appearance and functionality of the product.

Machining of steel
and stainless steel structures

Machining has been part of our production program since the company’s inception. We provide machining of parts, both from supplied semi-finished products and as part of a complete production process. Our machinery allows for machining of small simple components to machining of multi-ton and multi-meter workpieces.

Our horizontal boring machines feature maximum dimensions in the x, y, z axes of 10500 x 2250 x 1200 mmOur lathes offer a maximal turning diameter of 1250 mm with a workpiece length of 4000 mm.
